2010 : Bolasepak Kelantan Dalam Sejarah

TAHNIAH THE RED WARRIORS!

DSC00791 DSC00793

Tiket Final Piala Malaysia 2010 : RM30?! BOIKOT FAM!

Buatlah pemilihan setahun sekali pun, hasilnya tetap sama! BOIKOT FAM!

Kalau Berpacaran

Kalau berpacaran
Memang banyak pantang larang
Menjaga susila
Ibu bapa adik abang

Apabila berdua
Carilah tempat yang terang
Agar tidak pula
Mencuba aksi terlarang

Boleh pandang-pandang
Jangan pegang-pegang
Duduk renggang-renggang
Bertambah sayang

Biar malu-malu
Biar segan-segan
Kerna malu itu
Perisai orang beriman

Kalau berpacaran
Jangan tunggu lama-lama
Kalau dah berkenan
Jumpalah ayah dan mama

Hantarkan rombongan
Meminang dengan segera
Kalau terlambat kasihmu disambar buaya

Yeah
Kita sambung cerita
Kalau kamu berdua
Aku yang ketiga

Aku penambah perasa
Akulah pendarab nafsu serakah
Hai teruna bikin perangai selamba
Hati si dara kata tak apa

Berani buat terima padah
Kalau tak sedia
Ucap syahadah

Al-Fatihah buat Saudara Che Karma Sulaiman

me Al-Fatihah…

Seorang Penyokong Kelantan Mati Sesak Nafas namun bukan seperti yang digembar gemburkan iaitu berpunca dari pergaduhan. Mangsa Che Karma Sulaiman, 39 tahun berasal dari Bachok meninggal dunia dipercayai akibat sesak nafas ketika bersesak keluar dari Stadium Shah Alam selepas tamat perlawanan Suku Akhir pertama Piala Malaysia Selangor dan Kelantan semalam.Mangsa sebelum ini ada ditemui oleh pasukan paramedik ketika mengalami sesak nafas, bagaimana pun beliau mengatakan beliau ok ketika ditanya mengenai keadaannya.

Keadaan makin teruk ketika beliau keluar dari stadium selepas tamat perlawanan dan beliau rebah ketika menghampiri gerai menjual cenderamata sebelum meninggal dunia. Menurut maklumat yang aku baca keadaan kecoh gak diluar stadium setelah tamat perlawanan tapi berjaya disurai oleh Pasukan Simpanan Persekutuan. Aku taj berapa pasti tentang pergaduhan yang berlaku sebab aku terus blah je semalam lepas match abeh. Tapi masa sesak nak kuar dari parking area tu depan stadium tu, dengar gak la kecoh-kecoh macam orang gaduh. Tapi tak sangka la plak ada orang meninggal.

Al-Fatihah sekali lagi buat Allahyarham Che Karma Sulaiman. Semoga rohnya dicucuri rahmat..Amin

Selangor vs Kelantan : Seri Lagi!

Separuh stadium dipenuhi lautan merah semalam. Hahahah…

12102010095Sebelom game start..macam2 perangai aku leh tengok. Yang menyedihkan, dentuman mercun yang sangat2 lah banyak. Siap de bunga api lagi bro. Apa..korang igt ni sambutan tahun baru ke pe. Hahahah..bangang. Paling best, boleh plak korang bom geng sendiri! Pekak telinga weh.

12102010096Bab bergaduh paling aku tak gemar. Hampir nak abeh 1st half tu, samseng2 yang duk kat belakang gol wat hal. Sama je dua2 penyokong..yang tu provoke then yg belah sini baling botol. Mula2 botol lama kerusi siap! Mercun tak payah cakapla kan. RELA, FRU ada kat situ tapi dorg pon terpaksa berhati-hati. Alahai..bagi je cota atas kepala. Kena sekor, senyapla sumer tu..

Keputusan perlawanan? Selangor 0 Kelantan 0. Seri lagi. Huh…

Suku Akhir Piala Malaysia : Selangor vs Kelantan

Akhir kata, selamat maju jaya untuk pasukan The Red Warriors. Aku jangkakan Kelantan menang 2-1.

10 Ways to Trick Yourself Into Saving

Yahoo Finance produced a very interesting article about people and the tricks to help them in making the saving. I would like to share with you all the tricks and my own experience about it. According to Encik Azizi Ali – the famous Financial Planner/Consultant and book writer – i was attended his seminar about 3 years ago, he said we MUST have 10% of our paycheck (salary) every month as a fixed saving. Honestly, i saved a minimum of RM380 every month as my fixed saving and it is working. Make me feel comfortable, secure and well-planned for any contingencies. So, here we go. 10 ways to tricks yourself into saving :

1. Know your plastic personality. Disciplined credit-card holders can earn rewards points by using their cards for all their purchases and paying the bills in full each month. Consumers with less self-control may want to use debit cards to make sure that they don't spend more than they have. In either case, your monthly statement provides a handy record of areas where you're leaking cash.

2. Don't trust yourself to pay yourself first. Instead, have someone else do it for you. Sign up for your employer's retirement plan. Set up an automatic deposit with your bank to seed your emergency fund.

3. Deposit your paycheck and other money to your savings account instead of checking. You're much less likely to spend the money if you have to transfer it from savings. Yes, you can use non-ATM card savings/investments account like Tabung Haji and ASB.

4.  Limit yourself to one ATM withdrawal per week and make your money last. You can plan the amount for the withdrawal by comparing your spending. Save more money when less money in hand!

5. When you make a credit-card purchase, record it immediately in your checking-account register. You won't be surprised when the credit-card bill arrives, and you will have enough money to pay it in full. You can use a planner, Blackberry, Phone Organizer or Diary to record all the transactions. Sound a little bit annoying to use all the staff right?! Believe me, it is working because you always know and remember how much you are already spent.

6. When you subtract a check from your account, round up the amount to the next dollar. That way, you'll always have a slush fund. Your bank may even do this for you. Sounds like small potatoes, but even if it's only RM100 every couple of months, that's still money in the bank.

7. Toss your spare change into a fun savings bank or glass jar -- anything that will catch your eye and your quarters. I know one person who accumulates RM900 to RM1,000 a year this way and uses the money to buy the gifts. Imagine – I’ve around RM100 coins collection in the end of every month, the change from toll, groceries, foods etc.

8. Bag the savings from brown-bag lunches. Each time you bring your lunch to work or pass up the temptation to buy a latte, take the money you would have spent and put it in your cash jar. It's an immediate reward for your self-discipline. Honestly, this trick doesn't work much for me. I will use the money for another things before it can be out in my drawer. Sad!

9. Pay yourself after you've paid off a debt. Once you finish paying off a loan or credit-card balance, keep writing the check but send it directly to a savings or investment account. You work so hard to gain the money with the huge paycheck. So, it is important to pay yourself with it. Only pay for yourself needs, not everything for yourself wants!

10. Can't decide between two items in a store? Give yourself a cooling-off period. Chances are you won't go back. I believe this is very easy for a man like me. I almost never have a problem in deciding to choose between two items in a store. But, when you face this situation you surely can use this tips.

Remember, if money is power, then saving money is empowering. It gives you financial security and the freedom to make choices. Every once in a while I tap my own slush fund to send my three grown children checks to treat themselves to dinner. They appreciate the gesture and I have fun making it.

Investment Decision – Politic-Economic View

Here we go..a lot of my friends asked me about the opportunities in doing the investment. I am BBA Finance degree holder and CFA Level 1 member, but it doesn't mean that i am expertise in investment matters. Yeahh…i admit it i was involved in FX trading, and still on it until now. I made a lot of profits, but when market against my decisions – the losses came above my profits! Oooucchh..it is very hurt! Hehehe..Take it or leave it! It is the EXPERIENCES!

Forget about my FX! I would like to share with you the basic view in investment decision. I mean, where the best place (instrument) you can invest with the right time and the right place. As we know, in Malaysia, we have too much money instrument a.k.a financial instrument a.k.a investment instrument. Bumiputra (usually refer to Malays) are very famous for ASB. Why ASB? Because it is well-known for higher return in dividend and bonus payout every year. ASB can give you a double return in every 6.7 to 7 years for your investment. (e;g : You put RM100k in ASB and don’t touch it. Wait for 6-7 years and your money will be double to RM200k). Hehehe..not many people know about it right?

Other financial instruments – we have Stocks, Unit Trust, Bonds, Cagamas, Derivatives (Futures etc), Gold and Property. Of course there are others – you can ask Mr. Google for it. ;)

quo  Politic-Economic Quadrant

What you can see above is an illustration of Politic-Economic Quadrant. It is same understanding with other quadrant you have before – Important-Urgent Quad, MATRIX etc. There are straight understanding for the PE Quad above. When the right time to invest for the right instrument. Everybody used to have an economy knowledge and they think it is crucial to have a lot of readings about the politics, to support their investment decision. Yeahh..Economy?Politic? Both are important. But when the exact time to enter the market and start the investment account? Don’t ask me for it. It is your natural skill – research, information, experiences, and luck! And the rest – profits or losses.

Thank for reading guys! Text or leave a comments if you have anything to say ;)

Top 5 Tips to Build Wealth and Success

Warren Buffett is worth $45 billion. That wealth isn't only a factor of savvy investing and good business — the "Oracle of Omaha" is also known as a penny pincher. Buffett still lives in the same Omaha, Neb., home he bought in 1958 for $31,500.

Follow his frugal formula, and you too may wind up with a lot more money than you ever dreamed.

This week Financially Fit covers five tips to build wealth and success.

1. Live Below Your Means.
Being wealthy isn't just a product of your salary or investment prowess; it's learning how to save.

"We can make a lot of money, you can make a little bit of money, but the second you spend all the money is when people get into trouble. Saving is the key to preserving your wealth," says Ed Butowsky, managing partner of Chapwood Capital Investment Management, a firm that manages money for wealthy individuals.

As many Americans realized during the booming real estate market, just because you think you can afford something doesn't mean you should buy it. Keeping an eye on your bottom line will pay dividends over the long term.

2. Bounce Back From Defeat
With nearly 15 million workers unemployed right now in the U.S., it's easy to get discouraged. Don't! Most successful and wealthy people have overcome obstacles and failure along the way. Steve Jobs was ousted from Apple when he was 30. Today, he's a billionaire and a legend. Plus, after getting fired, he created another billion-dollar media company, Pixar.

"Bouncing back from defeat is something all great achievers have. They have this undying belief good things will happen and will continue to happen," says Butowsky.

Take Michael Jordan. "His airness" was cut from his high school basketball team. Motivated by the rejection, Jordan became a star the next season. The rest is history.

3. Self-Promote
Regardless of the profession, the rich and successful tend to have a strong sense of self-worth — key to skillfully navigating an upward career path. Mark Hurd, who was ousted as CEO of Hewlett-Packard in August, couldn't be kept down for long. Using his business skills and connections, in September, Hurd was named president of Oracle. (Hurd and Oracle founder Larry Ellison are known to be close friends.)

4. Have Street Smarts
Bernie Madoff lived the high life for decades, scamming unsuspecting clients, with a money-making formula that proved too good to be true. Only afterward did we learn that with a little due diligence, most clients could have easily uncovered the fraud.

But it's not only the swindlers and the con men you have to watch out for. Many times, friends and family take advantage of the rich. Whether it's a handout or an investment idea, Butowsky advises his high net worth clients that in most cases, it's wisest to just say "no." The best way to do that: have someone else do it for you.

"You need to really set up a wall between you and your family," he advises. "If you don't want to give them (family or friends) money ... saying no is probably a good idea."

5. Buy Cheap
The rich can afford to splurge, but that doesn't mean they do.

John Paulson, a billionaire hedge fund manager, bought his Hamptons "dream house at a bargain basement price," according to Greg Zuckerman, author of the Paulson-based book, "The Greatest Trade Ever." The story has it that Paulson eyed the home while it was in foreclosure. Finally, on a rain-soaked day, he purchased the home on the Southampton town hall steps. He was the only bidder.

On New York City's Upper East Side, Michael's— The Consignment Shop for Women— has been a bargain-hunting destination for more than 60 years. "We have a good percentage of women who can afford to shop on Madison Avenue but really like the idea of saving that money," says proprietor Tammy Gates.

From Chanel to Gucci and Louis Vuitton, the store specializes in high-end designer merchandise for a reasonable price. Speaking of her clientele, Gates says, "they're wealthy for a reason. They recognize that bargains keep people wealthy. Paying top dollar when you don't have to doesn't make sense."
